I need for taping techniques for patellofemoral pain syndrome. Is there a PT here who can provide instruction? - patellofemoral tape
I was diagnosed with the syndrome of the crack under my kneecap after failing physical therapy after ACL replacement surgery. My quad muscle in the injured party is 2 cm below the leg. The doctor gave me exercises to strengthen the thigh muscles, but I want the tape to the pain. Thanks for any help.

Everything depends on the direction of the patellar tilt and push. However, I must say that the research will come and say that the plate (as in recording McConnell) is as effective as compression clamp that all of the Patella. The motion is assumed that only the compression of the patella is allowed in the major groove to stay. Special recording techniques not specifically for better monitoring. A pair Bioskin "Q-Lock has a strap for the compression of the patella.
But I will say that I continue to use the recording techniques ... But no one can say that the best way to see the knee without you band.
